It is learned from family sources that on the day of Holi, some people beat Lord Ojha badly in the Bahal area of ​​Kulti police station. In a seriously injured condition, he was admitted to a hospital in Asansol. But after prolonged treatment, his condition deteriorated and he died while undergoing treatment. After the funeral at Asansol District Hospital on Monday, the family members brought the dead body in an ambulance in front of the Kulti police station. After this, the family, neighbors and local residents protested by placing the body in front of the police station and blocked the road for some time. The protesters demand that the accused should be arrested immediately and given strict punishment. The family alleges that three persons from Bahal area beat up Bhagwan Ojha, due to which he died while undergoing treatment. Although the incident created tension in the area, police were deployed to keep the situation under control. It is reported that the police has started investigation into the incident.
