Dr. Mukherjee said that at present the Bharatiya Janata Party does not have administrative power in the state, hence it is not possible to solve the problem directly. But he assured that if the BJP government is formed in the state, the rehabilitation of the people affected by the Harishpur landslide will be given top priority. He further said that the situation in the villages is very worrying and the problems of the people are real. The path to solving problems can become easier only through participation in the democratic process.
