Nirbheek Bengali, Asansol, Saturday: Keeping in view the upcoming assembly elections, party dissatisfaction came to the fore in Kulti Centre. On Saturday afternoon, an angry Trinamool Congress worker submitted his nomination form as an independent candidate for the post of District Magistrate in Kulti Assembly. The candidates said that despite there being many qualified Trinamool workers in the Kulti area, an outsider has been made the candidate instead of a local candidate. In protest against this decision, he decided to contest the elections as an independent candidate. He claims that this decision of the party has created anger among the general workers and as a reflection of that anger, he is contesting the elections. Many supporters were present with him when he submitted his nomination. All kinds of political activities have started around the incident.
