রানিগঞ্জে কবরস্থানের জমিতে তৃণমূলের দলীয় কার্যালয়ের অভিযোগ, সরব বিজেপি বিধায়ক

Fearless Bengali, রানিগঞ্জ: BJP MLA of রানিগানি Parth Ghosh alleged that the party office of Trinamool Congress has been built by occupying the land of a graveyard in Ward No. 35 of Asansole Purnigaam in রানিগানি area. MLA Parth Ghosh claims that while talking about protecting the interests of the minority community, in reality the Trinamool Congress is occupying the land of the cemetery and running the party office there. He said, “This is a very sad and surprising incident. BJP will not accept such activities again.” The BJP MLA appealed to the TMC leadership to voluntarily remove that office, otherwise necessary measures would be taken by the administration. On the other hand, regarding the complaint, TMC councilor of ward number 35, Akhtarani Khatun said, if it is proved that the party office has been built on the graveyard land, then he has no objection to removing it. He said, “In response, I will myself remove all the items from the office and hand over the keys to the BJP MLA.” But he was not aware of that land being a graveyard. Akhtari Khatun claims, before 2021, the building was used as CPM's party office. After the political change in the state, it is being used as the office of Trinamool Congress. He further said, "I joined the Trinamool Congress in 2018. Since becoming a councilor, I have been serving the common people from this office. If it is really happening on the graveyard land, I will vacate it. I have a few more months left in my term as a councilor. If necessary, I will work for the people from my home." A fresh debate has started in the political circles of Raniganj centering on the incident. But no official comment has been made yet by the administration regarding the actual ownership and legal status of the land.
