Appeal to connect youth power with sports, MLA Krishnendu Mukherjee attends honor ceremony at Budha Gymnasium

Asansol, Asansol North Assembly BJP MLA Krishnendu Mukherjee participated in the felicitation and public relations program of players and special guests organized by Budha Gymnasium on Wednesday. There was enthusiastic presence of players, sports lovers and local dignitaries in the program. Addressing the function, MLA Krishnendu Mukherjee said that there is no alternative to sports and regular physical exercise to make the young generation healthy, disciplined and self-reliant. He said that sports not only increase physical ability but also develop discipline, self-confidence and leadership abilities. Praising the initiative of Budha Gymnasium, he said that such events play an important role in motivating the youth towards sports and creating a positive environment in the society. Expressing his gratitude to the event organisers, players and sports lovers, the MLA expressed confidence that with collective efforts the youth will play a more effective role in nation building. He called upon everyone to promote sports culture and inspire the youth to come forward to build a healthy and strong India.
