Dense fog prevails in Asansol. Madhyamik exams start from today onwards. Exams also take place amid hardships since time immemorial. Candidates are interested in the centre. There are four examination centers in Salanpur block. Achhada Yajneshwar Institution, Achhada Rai Balram Girls High School, Kalyaneshwari High School and Kastuburba Gandhi High School. In these four centres, 1254 candidates are appearing for the secondary examination. Out of these, 561 are students and 6৯৩ are students are candidates. There is strict police surveillance in each examination centre. On this day, before the commencement of the examination, all the students were congratulated with roses, flowers and pens on behalf of the Salanpur Block Trinamool Congress, as per the instructions of the MLA and Chief Legislative Officer, at the four examination centers of the block. On this day, the President of the Salanpur Block Trinamool Congress, Mohammed Armaan, along with the co-president Bhola Singh, the leader of the block, congratulated the examinees by personally being present on the day.
