Preparations for starting this new train service are almost complete, said railway sources. According to railway sources, the virtual inauguration of this train service will be done by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Baishnab and BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari. At the same event, Kumarpur Railway Flyover of Asansol and Siuddi Railway Flyover of Birbhum district will also be formally inaugurated. It is learned that this inaugural event will be held on Sunday, February 8 at 6 pm. After the inauguration, regular service of Asansol – Bokro Steel City passenger train will start. Railway sources further said, this passenger train will run from Asansol once a day towards Bokhro Steel City with passengers and will again return to Asansol with passengers from Bokhro Steel City. Due to the launch of this new train service, there is a feeling of happiness in the city of Asansol and Bokro. For a long time, the people of the two cities have been waiting for this train service, which is finally going to be implemented.
