Nirbhik Bangla, Shyam Das, Asansol: The women of the minority community of Panuria Hathtala area of Barabani Assembly Constituency were overjoyed as the financial assistance of the Annapurna Bhandar project reached their bank accounts. On Saturday, several hundred women gathered and distributed sweets to celebrate their joy. The women present claimed that Rs 3,000 each had been deposited into their bank accounts under the Annapurna Bhandar project. They expressed their happiness at receiving this financial assistance. The women said that the government has launched various welfare projects thinking of people from all communities, especially the women from minority families who are financially backward have benefited from this assistance. They thanked the state government for this. The atmosphere in the area was festive with the joy of receiving the Annapurna Bhandar money. The women gathered in the market area, made each other sweet-faced, and expressed their satisfaction at getting the benefit of the project.
