According to sources, allegations of fake products being sold in the market in the name of brands of many famous cosmetics companies of the country have been raised. On the basis of that complaint, first a case is filed in the Bombay High Court. As per the instructions of the court, two representatives on behalf of the concerned organizations are sent to different markets as general buyers. They buy products from different shops and test them. It has been claimed that the investigation will reveal the truth of the allegations. Later, when the matter was brought to the notice of Calcutta High Court, the court ordered investigation and investigation. Following that instruction, a raid was conducted in two cosmetics shops of Benachiti market on Friday. During the operation, counterfeit goods sold in the name of many well-known brands were recovered. Deepti Neel Hajra said, in view of the case filed in the Bombay High Court, representatives were sent on behalf of the concerned companies to verify the veracity of the allegations. After the allegations are proved in the investigation, the matter is presented in the Calcutta High Court. This operation has been conducted as per the instructions of the court.
