Inspection of drainage system before monsoon, problems of Five Bridges area taken stock of.

Asansol: In view of the upcoming monsoon, the drainage system of Five Bridges area located on Central Road of Asansol was inspected with the aim of maintaining smooth movement of people and communication system. During this, various problems of the area were also taken stock of with the concerned government officials. This topic was discussed in detail, especially on the important road connecting Asansol Bypass and Burnpur, so that there is no problem of waterlogging during rains and traffic is not disrupted. The officials inspected the existing drainage system of the area and considered necessary corrective steps. During the inspection, it was said that by improving the drainage system of the area and providing permanent solutions to long standing problems, a clean, healthy and better livable environment will be created in North Asansol. The administration assured that steps will be taken to complete the necessary works on priority basis before the onset of monsoon, so that citizens do not have to face any kind of inconvenience.
