Nirbheek Bengali, Shyam Das, Asansol: Agnimitra Paul has become a minister in the BJP government after being re-elected with a huge vote from Asansol South Center in the 2026 assembly elections. After the announcement of election results and getting the ministerial berth, he took oath last Friday. On Sunday, a victory rally was organized for him in Asansol South Assembly constituency. The widespread aspirations of BJP workers and supporters can be seen here. The minister greeted the supporters standing in the open car. These days, he is also seen dancing to the tune of the flute. The exalted Agnimitra Paul says, he will work for development as he pleases. He also talked about serving the common people and holding regular meetings with party workers.
