Nirbheek Bengali, Asansol: Many workers of opposition political parties and their families are still homeless and complaints have been raised by various political parties. BJP leader and minister Agnimitra Paul, who came to Asansol on Saturday, made it clear that Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has directed the police administration to submit the list of workers of opposition political parties who have left their homes. The minister said that after receiving the list, the police administration will make arrangements to bring the concerned families back home with respect. But he also made it clear that those who have serious allegations against them like post-2021 election violence, rioting, burning of houses, torture or rape on opposition political party workers, legal action will be taken and if necessary, they will be arrested. A new exercise has started in the political circles centering on this comment.
