Fearless Bengali, Asansol, Monday: State Congress President Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury with the family of deceased Debdeep Chatterjee. On this day, he expressed his condolences to the family members and assured to be with them. Later in the press conference, Adhir Choudhary alleged that the incidents of violence, riots and murders are increasing gradually in West Bengal due to elections. He claimed that common people will have to be alert to avoid terrorism charges against the ruling party All India Trinamool Congress. He drew the attention of the Election Commission and requested the Central Army to be more alert. Adhir Chaudhary alleges that a section of the state police is misleading the central forces, due to which the law and order situation is deteriorating. Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi condemned this incident on social media and demanded strict punishment for the culprits. An attempt is being made to influence the coroner's report regarding the death of Debdeep Chatterjee, alleges Adhir Choudhary. He said, Congress will approach the court demanding an impartial investigation into this incident and if necessary, will wage a legal battle till the High Court.
