Kulti, West Bengal An important workers meeting was organized in Niamatpur under the leadership of Trinamool Congress candidate Abhijeet Ghatak in Kulti assembly constituency of Asansol. Party leaders and workers associated with various booths of the assembly were invited to this meeting. During the meeting, the problems and mutual differences of the workers were seriously listened to and efforts were made to resolve them. The party leadership gave a clear message that if the Trinamool Congress workers in Kulti Assembly did not unite in time and fight against the Bharatiya Janata Party in an organized manner, it would weaken not only the party but also the political position of Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee. It was also said in the meeting that only the strength of the organization can protect the interests of the public. Therefore, an appeal was made to all the workers to forget their grudges and unite and ensure victory with a huge majority in the 2026 assembly elections. On this occasion, Trinamool candidate Abhijeet Ghatak announced that he will file his nomination papers on April 2. He also appealed to ensure presence of maximum number of people in his nomination program.
