কোচবিহারে দুদিনব্যাপী ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল নার্সেস এসোসিয়েশনের ৫১-৫২ তম রাজ্য সম্মেলন অনুষ্ঠিত

Nirbhik Bengali, কোচবিহার: The 51-52nd state conference of West Bengal Nurses Association was held in Kochbihar. Saturday and Sunday - this conference was organized at Kochbihara Panchanan Burma Hall for two days. Delegates from different districts of the state participated in it. At the conference, the outline for further strengthening the self-protection and organization of health workers is determined. In the coming days, there will be a detailed discussion on how a strong movement will be created to raise the demands of health workers as a leftist mass organisation. Speakers complain that health workers are facing increasing administrative pressure, bullying culture and psychological harassment. The representatives started protesting against the excessive mental pressure on government employees and the careless administrative system of the state. At the same time, anger is expressed against the capitalist and imperialist policies of the country. Apart from this, the issue of increasing atrocities on women and children and insecurity of health workers in different parts of the state is seriously highlighted. The conference called for a united movement to face this situation. At the end of the conference, it is said that a decision has been taken to strengthen the organization up to the grassroots level and take continuous programs to protect the rights of the workers.
