In that video, BJP leader Jitendra Tiwari claimed, Sundara Sutradhar, who did not get a house in the Bengali Home Project, is living in a broken cowshed. The video goes viral on social media and the political situation begins. In response to this, the ruling party Trinamool Congress published a video claiming that Sundara is Sutradhar's real house and the issue has been purposefully publicized. In that video the woman is heard saying, she doesn't know for what purpose the video was made. Meanwhile, on Saturday morning, the hanging body of Sundara Sutradhar was recovered from a nearby wooden house. After receiving the news, the police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Durgapur Mahakuma Hospital for postmortem. Investigation has started to find out the exact cause of death. The deceased son complains, “We were defamed by making a video of our stay in the cowshed. Due to that fear and mental pressure, my mother chose the path of suicide.” He demanded the arrest of Jitendra Tiwari. Pandaveshwar MLA Narendranath Chakraborty stood beside the deceased's family after the incident. Expressing his condolences, he said, "I am saddened by the incident. There should be a proper investigation, we are with the family." There is excitement in the area over the incident. Intense pressure has started in the political arena. It has been informed by the administration that the real cause of death will become clear only after receiving the post mortem report.
