জামুরিয়ার মদন তোর গ্রামে হায়না উদ্ধার, বনদপ্তরের তৎপরতায় আতঙ্ক কাটল

Nirbhik Bengali, Jammu: This morning in Madan Tor village under Jamuriya police station, some young men went out and saw a car on the roadside. Suddenly seeing the wild animal creates panic in the area. Simultaneously the matter was reported to Churulia Phaundi. After receiving the news, the police immediately reached the spot, surrounded the area and brought the situation under control. Later, the officials of West Bengal Forest Department were informed about its occurrence. The forest department personnel brought a big-sized cage and carefully rescued the elephant. As the news of the incident spread, many villagers from different areas nearby gathered to watch the tragedy. But no untoward incident happened due to the police and forest department. Local residents said that they were frightened when they suddenly saw a scene in the village. A forest department official said the wild animal had probably entered the area in search of food. He has been safely rescued and taken to the appropriate place.
