নিয়ামতপুরে যানজট রুখতে জরুরি বৈঠক, উপস্থিত এসিপি ট্রাফিক

Mahesh De, Nirbhik Bangla, Asansol: Initiative taken to combat traffic problem by Niyamatpur Sub Traffic Guard of Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate-Kulati area. An emergency meeting is being organized at 1 pm on Monday at Ekta Bhawan, Nagaland Niamatpur. Present in the meeting were ACP Traffic Mohammad Jasim, Traffic Inspector Rana Ambika Dutta, Niyamatpur Sub Traffic Inspector Mrinalkanti Murmu. Also present were Niyamatpur Chamber of Commerce Secretary Gurvinder Singh, Niyamatpur Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry Secretary Sachin Baldia, Kulti Block-1 Trinamool President Badal Pitundi and members of Asansol Mini Bus and Big Bus Organization. In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion on how to permanently control traffic in Niyamatpur area. Illegal parking in market areas and main roads, mismanagement of bus stands, lack of specific stops for autos and minibuses – all these issues are discussed. It is informed by the traffic authority that very soon specific parking zones will be identified, road encroachment will be stopped and strict action will be taken against violation of rules. Business organizations have also assured cooperation to the administration. Administration claims that a permanent solution to the traffic jam problem of Niyamatpur is possible only through the joint efforts of all.
