Fearless Bengali: A serious fire incident took place in the cabin of a truck driver carrying liquor in the Bhadul area under the Baankudu Sadar police station. A fire was set right next to the government liquor warehouse, initially panic spread in the area. But with quick action the area was saved from the hands of a raging fire. According to local sources, on Thursday morning a lorry filled with liquor was standing next to the government liquor warehouse in Lagoa Bhadu town. At that time the driver was inside the cabin and the driver was cooking with a small cooking gas inside the cabin. The gas caught fire and within a moment the fire spread throughout the cabin. After understanding the situation, the driver and attendant quickly came down from the cabin. On receiving the news, warehouse workers quickly brought fire extinguishers and brought the fire under control. Due to the large quantity of intoxicating liquor in the lari, there is a danger of fire, but due to the possibility of extinguishing the fire quickly, one can be saved, said the local people. Initial speculation is that the fire started from a small gas cylinder present in the cabin during cooking. Later, fire brigade and police of Baankudah Sadar police station reached the spot. Police has started investigating the entire incident.
