The worship of Bagdevi has been going on since ancient times on the banks of river Ghowdeshwar in Sundarban of Dulduuli village of Basirhat Mahkumar Hingalganj block, and on the occasion of this puja, carnival is a special attraction for the local people of Sundarban.
