After the disaster in Asansol of Raniganj in West Bengal district, two people died while collecting coal in the abandoned open mouth mine of ICL of Raniganj. While filing the complaint, two people were reported dead after being crushed under the ground. Two more were injured in this incident. This incident resulted in intense protests.

On Monday morning, Asansol South BJP MLA Agnimitra Pal, along with local CPM labor union leaders and TMC leaders reached the spot. Complaint: Some local residents went to the closed or open mouth mines of ICL of Rani Ganj to collect coal on Sunday night. It is reported that two people died after being trapped in a mine shaft while digging for coal.

According to local sources, the name of the deceased is Vinodh Bhoovihya and Rajesh Turi. Therefore, it is learned from local sources that two more people have been seriously injured in this incident. The name of the injured is Ram Praveesh Barnewal, and the ground is dry. He has been admitted to the hospital. After this incident, when the local residents came to know about the matter in the morning, they went to Khani Dapti and started protesting.

On the other hand, after this incident, political color started appearing. Local CPM leader Supriya Rai and left workers started protesting in the city with party flags. Trinamool shows protest along with him. On the other hand, BJP MLA from Asansol South Agnimitra Pal reached the mines and area. However, this incident cast a shadow of mourning on the area.
