Round Table and Maithon Steel Power Limited jointly organized Mega Eye Camp and Health Camp, more than one thousand people were benefited.

Asansol, West Bengal Like every year, this year also Mega Eye Camp was organized in collaboration with Round Table at the plant premises of Maithon Steel Power Limited located at Dendua Mod under Barabani assembly constituency of Asansol. This camp was jointly inaugurated by Maithon Steel Power Limited Chairman Binod Kumar Agarwal, Asansol Shivarli Round Table Chairman Punit Agarwal and social worker Krishna Lal Rungta by jointly cutting the ribbon and lighting the lamp. On this occasion, Directors of Maithon Steel Power Limited Madhu Agarwal and Kaushal Agarwal were specially present. The guests who came to the program were welcomed with bouquets of flowers. Giving information about the Mega Eye Camp, Chairman Binod Kumar Aggarwal said that this is the eighth Mega Eye Checkup Camp organized in his plant premises. This year, eye examination of more than 800 people was done, while free eye operation, spectacles and medicines were also provided to many needy people. He said that his company has always been committed to providing better health facilities to the people of the surrounding areas and in future also will continue to cooperate in solving eye health and other social and health related problems. Meanwhile, Chairman of Asansol Shivarli Round Table, Puneet Aggarwal said that the Round Table mainly works in the field of education and tries to go to rural areas and connect those children with education, who due to some reason are deprived of education. He said that Round Table, in collaboration with Maithon Steel Power Limited, has been organizing Mega Eye Camp every year and this service will continue in future also. He also said that the organization is also working to provide all possible help to the needy in other areas of the society. Round Table Pratik Bansal, Rahul Kharkiya, Ankit Aggarwal, Lions Club of Asansol Abhishek Jindal Akash Gadyan were mainly present in the camp.
