Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee virtually inaugurated 13 CNG government buses

Durgapur, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has virtually inaugurated 13 CNG government buses, these buses will run from Durgapur bus depot. The inauguration ceremony was held at the South Bengal State Transport Corporation bus stand in the center of Durgapur city. State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Pradeep Majumdar, SBSTC Chairman Subhash Mandal, District Magistrate Pannavalam S, ADDA Chairman Kabi Dutta, Subdivision Magistrate Suman Biswas and other administrative officials were present at the ceremony. According to SBSTC sources, these buses will run on Durgapur-Kolkata, Durgapur-Behrampur, Burdwan-Kolkata, Burdwan-Karunamoyee, Burdwan-Krishnanagar, Asansol-Krishnanagar, Arambag-Kolkata, Arambag-Tarapith, Bankura-Siuri and Durgapur-Jhargram routes. The administration hopes that the new service will make travel easier for passengers in Durgapur and surrounding districts.
