The incident has created a stir in the hospital. Complainant employees claim that for a long time, two separate registers are being used to maintain attendance records. Allegation that even though the signatures of the employees have been taken in one register, the information in the other original attendance register has been changed. According to the staff, the attendance information in that register has been modified or changed using red ink and white ink. They claimed that there is some video evidence to support the allegation. When employees complain and protest against these irregularities related to attendance, pressure is put on the concerned employees and intimidation is shown. Their demand for a share, despite doing regular duty, is being deducted every month at the time of salary payment due to various reasons.
