নির্বাচন কমিশনের বড় পদক্ষেপ, একসঙ্গে ১৩ জেলার পুলিশ সুপার রদবদল

Kolkata: Keeping in view the upcoming elections, the Election Commission of India has taken a major administrative decision. The posts of 13 District Police Superintendents (SP) have been changed simultaneously. Police superintendents of Jangipur and Murshidabad districts are included in this list. The source said this change is to maintain law and order during the elections and to ensure a neutral environment. As per the instructions of the Commission, new police superintendents have been asked to immediately assume responsibility in the respective districts. According to the administrative authorities, such changes before the voting are a natural process, through which the electoral system is kept more clean and fair. But a lot of pressure has started in the political circles around this change.
