Tribal brave martyrs paid tribute on Hool Day, meritorious students honored with laptops

Asansol, West Bengal: BJP MLA from Asansol North assembly constituency, Krishnendu Mukherjee, paid heartfelt tributes to all the tribal martyrs of the historic Hool rebellion of 1855 on the occasion of Hool Day. At the Hool Day ceremony held in Pandaveswar assembly on June 30, he presented laptops to talented tribal students who excelled in schools as a gift. On this occasion, the MLA said that honoring meritorious students is an important step towards their bright future. He congratulated all the students and said that education is the most effective means of empowering society. Krishnendu Mukherjee said that the BJP is working with full commitment for the honor, culture, tradition, and overall development of the tribal society. He said that the Hool rebellion of 1855 was a historic battle for self-respect, dignity, and freedom against injustice, exploitation, and colonial atrocities. The courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of the martyrs will continue to inspire future generations.
