Seven special beds have been allocated completely free of cost by the hospital for the proper treatment of such patients.
Patients suffering from long-term mental illness, schizophrenia, severe depression, complex psychiatric disorders, and severe addictions like alcoholism or drug abuse can now be admitted to this hospital and avail state-of-the-art medical treatment completely free of cost. Due to financial insolvency, many poor families are unable to afford such long-term and expensive treatments. Keeping them in mind, this decision by the hospital authorities has shown a new ray of hope.
According to reliable sources from the hospital, this special inpatient service with seven beds has been officially launched from March 1st. Thoroughly considering the physical and mental condition of the patients, proper treatment will be ensured under the supervision of experienced and expert psychiatrists. Besides, patients will be kept under regular intensive observation so that their mental stability returns quickly. According to the medical requirements, medicines, accommodation, food, and all necessary medical services will be provided completely free of cost for the entire duration of their stay in the hospital.
