Fearless Bengali, Durgapur, West Bengal: State opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari made a strong attack on Trinamool Congress from the public meeting in Durgapur. He complains that corruption worth thousands of crores is going on in the state and rivers and river banks have been destroyed. On Thursday, he addressed a public meeting organized at Phuljhod Morh in support of BJP candidate for Durgapur East Assembly, Chandrashekhar Bandyopa Dhyay. BJP candidate from Durgapur West Lakshman Gharru was present in the meeting. Shubhendu Adhikari claimed from the stage that many illegal ghats are being run behind one legal ghat, which is being run by Trinamool leaders in connivance with the mafia. Apart from this, raising the issue of unemployment in Durgapur, he said that with BJP in power, employment opportunities will be created. Presently, many young men and women are being forced to go to BJP ruled states for work, he claimed.
