তৃণমূলের দুই গোষ্ঠীর সংঘর্ষে আহত দুই, দুর্গাপুরের আরতি গ্রামে উত্তেজনা

Nirbheek Bengali, Durgapur: Two people from both sides were seriously injured in the clash between two groups of Trinamool in Aarti village of Durgapur. This incident that happened on Thursday night has created tension in the area. The injured have been admitted to Durgapur Mahakuma Hospital. Injured Trinamool worker Sheikh Nayan alleged that a woman panchayat member of the village and her husband were obstructing the construction of a government road. When he went to protest against this, bricks and stones were thrown from the roof of his house, due to which his head got hit. On the other hand, the counter complaint of the husband of the injured Panchayat member, started the unrest by painting the house. When he tried to calm the situation, a group of TMC members beat him up. His claim is that if TMC representatives and their families are not safe, then questions are being raised about the safety of the common people. The opposition political parties targeted the group over the incident. According to him, this internal unrest in the party before the elections is creating a dangerous situation for the common people. But the district leadership of Trinamool is angry considering this incident as group conflict. The district leadership claims that this is not a political conflict, but a mutual reaction centered on a local problem. The matter has been informed to the district leadership and two Trinamool leaders are injured.
