To make the campaign more attractive, cold drinks are also being given to the pedestrians. Trinamool leadership claims that such playful publicity is effective in conveying political messages to the common people in simple language and people's interest in it is also increasing. In this regard, Trinamool leader Pallab Ranjan Nag said that through this initiative they are trying to highlight their stand against the BJP government at the Centre. Besides, he claims, the possibility of loss by voting for BJP is being explained through this symbol. On the other hand, BJP has taken a dig at this campaign. According to the district spokesperson of the party, it is not possible to win the hearts of people through such campaign and the people of the state will decide in favor of change.
