কংগ্রেস নেতা আশুতোষ চ্যাটার্জির পরিবার আতঙ্কে, ফের হুমকি চিঠি

Fearless Bengali, Kolkata: The family of Congress leader Ashutosh Chatterjee is spending his days in extreme terror. Complaint, threat letters are being sent one after the other to his house for many days. Last yesterday again a threat letter reached his house in Thakurpurkur area. Ashutosh Chattiraj's complaint and letters are mainly aimed at his mother and he is issuing dire threats. The letters contain mention of heinous threats like rape and murder. Earlier, after receiving such letter several times, a complaint was lodged at Thakurpurkur police station, but till now the police has not been able to identify the accused. Ashutosh Chatterjee said that due to political work he often has to stay out of the house. At that time the family members are suffering from extreme insecurity. The family is under mental pressure due to constant threats. Notably, Ashutosh Chatterjeer Mari Prasheshay is a doctor. However, due to the ongoing threat, he is currently afraid to provide medical care, family sources said. After the incident, a written complaint was again lodged at Thapukurkur police station. The police said that they are looking into the whole matter.
