On this day, a program of ‘Lābharthī Rāshh Abhiyaan’ is organized by BJP at Rabindra Bhawan. State Minister Ajay Podar, Pandaveshwar MLA Jitendra Tewari, Barabnir MLA Ariji Rai, Jamudiyar MLA Bijan Mukhopa Dhaya, Asansol North MLA Chrishnendu Mukhopa Dhaya and BJP District President Debtanu Bhattacharya along with several party leaders were present.
According to the BJP, the main objective of this program was to provide training to party workers on how to deliver the benefits of various government welfare projects to the common people.
But an objection was raised regarding the presence of one person in the meeting. BJP leader Nazneen Sabiyar claimed, a person named Anwar, MD of Jamudiya Mandal-4, entered the meeting carrying a card registered in the name of Barabneer. His complaint is that this is an organizational meeting meant for general employees and only specific officials and approved employees are present there.
Nazneen Sabiyar said, after knowing about the matter, he took the badge and documents from that person and threw him out of the meeting. He claimed that BJP will not in any way support people associated with the syndicate or mafia circle.
However, it was not possible to independently verify the veracity of the allegation regarding 'কয়লা মাফিয়া' made against that person. The statement of the concerned person has not been received yet.
