Asansol, BJP MLA from Asansol North Assembly, by linking his birthday with social responsibility, Krishnandu Mukherjee gave a unique message of humanity by donating blood. Present as the chief guest at a one-day blood donation camp organized under the initiative of Uttaraya Club in the grounds of Hirapur police station, he himself donated blood and invited the general public to participate in this great initiative. On this occasion, Krishnandu Mukherjee said, donating blood is such a great donation which can save the life of a helpless and endangered patient. He said, blood donation is not just a social event, it is an important medium of human service. He appealed to everyone to donate blood regularly to help hospitals and needy patients.
