Fearless Bengali, Asansol, West Bengal: The election heat is increasing gradually in the North Assembly Centre. On Tuesday, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Krishnandu Mukherjee formally released his election results. Many top leaders and workers of the party including District President Debatnannu Bhattacharya were present in this event. While publishing this article, Krishnandu Mukherjee said, North Assembly constituency is currently facing many fundamental problems. He identified poor drainage system, shortage of drinking water, regular traffic congestion in cities, dilapidated roads, lack of health services, challenges in the education system and increasing unemployment as the main problems. He said, “Our aim is not just to make promises, but to work at the grassroots level to solve people’s problems.” Making a big announcement for women, he said, if BJP government is formed, women will be given financial assistance of Rs 3,000 per month, so that they can become self-reliant. Apart from this, a promise has been made to give an allowance of Rs 3,000 per month to the unemployed youth till they do not get a job. Monthly assistance of Rs 2000 has also been announced for elderly women. Assurances have been given to provide annual financial assistance and easy loan facilities to the farmers. He said, this number will be operational not only during elections but also after elections to solve the problems of common people. He alleged that BJP is ready to support those who are facing problems due to alleged atrocities of Trinamool Congress. District President Debatannu Bhattacharya asked the people to support BJP and said that the party is contesting the elections on the issues of development and cleanliness. At the end, Krishnandu Mukherjee expressed optimism and said, this time BJP government will be formed in the state and people are ready for change. He said, “Public support and trust is our biggest strength, and with that we will make North Assembly a developed constituency.”
