It has been claimed that a BJP worker has been injured in this incident. BJP workers joined the protest by blocking the road regarding the incident - Samarth Kera. It is learned that a victory resolution meeting was organized under Patrasa's cow shed in support of the BJP candidates of Sonamukhi and Indaas Assembly Centre. To attend that meeting, BJP workers and supporters took multiple buses from Sonamukhi block. BJP's allegation, on the way back from the meeting, bricks were targeted at Trinamool-affiliated miscreants in the area adjacent to Dhanshimala Railway Gate. Due to this, the window glass of a bus was broken and a worker was injured. After this, angry BJP workers started protesting by blocking the Baankudah-Wandhman state road. Protests in the hands of sticks and rods created tension in the area. After receiving the news, BJP candidate from Sonamukhi Assembly Diwakar Gharami reached the spot and after talking to the police, the blockade was lifted. On the other hand, Trinamool Congress denied all the allegations. TMC candidate from Sonamukhi center Dr. Kallole Saha said that TMC has no connection with this incident and it is BJP's propaganda. Although there is tension in the area regarding the incident, the situation is currently under control, according to administration sources.
