He also expressed concern over serious misconduct, dereliction of duty and misuse of statutory powers by some officers, meanwhile he also said that due to such AERO and FEO officers, the SIR process is not running properly, in such a situation, Section 356 will have to be implemented in the state to run the SIR process properly, only then the SIR process will be able to run smoothly in the state, apart from this he made this serious allegation and said That AERO, RO and DM are also involved in the irregularities in the ongoing process of SIR, with whose help and cooperation the process of registering the names of illegal voters in the voter list on the basis of the documents issued by the state government, that too by keeping aside all the rules imposed by the Election Commission, he claimed that his party had earlier also demanded and is still demanding that the names of all the legitimate voters of the state should be included in the voter list and all the Bangladeshis, The names of non-entrants and dead illegal voters should be removed from the voter list. He also said that right now only the names of seven officers have come out, very soon the names of more officers will come out and the Election Commission will take action against them too.
