Hospital Pada Corner Club takes the lead in alleviating the sufferings of common people in the scorching cold of the city. A humanitarian blanket donation program is organized under the initiative of the club. 26 January where blankets are handed over to cold and distressed people.
The IC of Mathabhaanga police station along with respected councilors of various wards of the city were present in this program. Besides, the club president, editor and other members also participated actively. The guests present greatly appreciated such social service initiatives and called for continuing such programs in future. Through this blanket donation program, Hospital Pada Corner Club once again proved that humanity and social responsibility are the basic foundations of building a healthy society.
