But the allegation is that he has not paid any rent for the last 10 years. The Agarwal family members claim that although the rent agreement was with the Government of India, Baba Das lived there with them. The women of the family complained about the government and Babita Das living in the house and whenever they asked for rent money, they were intimidated through political influence. At present, after the change in the political situation of the state, they feel that maybe it will be possible to get their flat back. That is why on Thursday they came from Jhāṇjhāra area of ​​Pandaveshwar to vacate the flat at Court Mor. On the other hand, the government admitted that the rent had not been paid for a long time. But he did not clarify the exact number of years of rent remaining. He denied the allegation of live-in relationship with Babita Das and said that Babita is his sister. Babita Das also makes the same claim and says that the government is like his brother. But when asked about the allegation of not paying rent for 10 years, he did not give any clear answer. He said that since the contract for the flat was not with him but with the Government of India, he will not be able to comment on this matter. Ankur Rai reached the spot after receiving news of the incident. He said, he went there not as a representative of any political party, but on the request of Krishnandu Mukherjee. Ankur Rai said, "After coming here, I came to know that the rent has not been paid for 10 years. The owner of the house wants to vacate the flat immediately. But as per the law, no one can be asked to leave the house without a notice." He further said that Babita Das has sought two days' time from the owner of the house so that arrangements can be made to remove the belongings from the house.
