আসানসোলে হেলিকপ্টার অবতরণের অনুমতি পেতে দেরি হওয়ায় ওয়াইসি-র সভা বাতিল

But the permission for helicopter landing was not received on time and the meeting was ultimately cancelled. Danish Aziz, candidate of AIMIM Asansol North Centre, said that he had applied for permission to land the helicopter at the West Bengal district administration department on April 10. At the same place a few days ago, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had come by helicopter to hold a meeting, he said. Danish Aziz claims that he applied both in writing and online and received assurance of permission from the administration. Yet one of his employees was made to wait hour after hour at the district office and was not given permission at the scheduled time. Meanwhile, all the pandals and seating arrangements were ready for the 10:30 am meeting at the meeting place adjacent to the church and the common people started gathering. But the permission letter arrived at around 3:30 in the afternoon and finally the decision was taken to cancel the meeting. Danish Aziz has raised allegations of obstruction motivated by political motives regarding this incident. According to him, the opposition parties are creating such obstruction out of fear. He also claimed that common people can now understand this and will support AIMIM in the upcoming elections.
