There was excitement in Asansol District Hospital on Sunday morning over the death of a pregnant woman. The deceased's family members and relatives protested at the hospital alleging medical negligence in this death. Their further allegation is that the nurses and health workers working in the ward misbehaved with the deceased mother. A hospital security guard was beaten up during the protest and alleged to be a patient's relative. On Sunday morning, the deceased pregnant woman's husband Nithish Goel gave a written complaint to Asansol District Hospital Superintendent Dr. Nikhil Chandra Das, informing him about the entire incident and demanding action. Simultaneously, a complaint has been filed at Asansol South Police Station on behalf of the deceased's family. Mritar Naam Lavli Gol (177). His house is in Murgashole of Asansol South police station. According to the complaint of deceased husband Nishith Goel and maternal brother Sushilnarwal, on Friday afternoon, Lovely Goel was admitted to Asansol District Hospital under gynecologist Dr N Soren due to labor pain. The pregnant woman gives birth to a girl child through caesarean or surgery on Saturday night. After that his physical condition started deteriorating. His other complaint was that the pregnant woman was in the ward. But he was not told anything like that. Even her husband was not told anything. The security guard on duty allowed him to enter the ward at night. A written complaint has been filed on behalf of the pregnant woman's family. As far as I know till now, he had some physical problems. After undergoing surgery on Saturday night, she gave birth to a girl child. After that his physical condition deteriorated. He died that morning. The funeral is being carried out as per the family's demand. The exact cause of death will be known after receiving the report. Apart from this, the hospital will also conduct a thorough investigation. Police said, investigation into the incident has been started on the basis of written complaint.
