The name of the deceased child is Priyanka Mukhupa Dhyay. His house is in Siyarsole area of ​​Raniganj. Family alleges, around 9.30 pm on Friday night, Priyanka was admitted to Health World Hospital with symptoms of high fever and vomiting. After reaching the hospital, the doctors examined him and kept him on oxygen support. But from then onwards the allegations of carelessness started. According to family members, the child repeatedly wanted water and became extremely restless. But the hospital staff refused to give him water on the pretext that he might be dead. Complaint, doctors told that blood test will be done on Saturday morning and treatment and medicines will be started only after the report comes. As a result, no medicine was given to the child throughout the night, it is alleged. According to the family, the child's physical condition became critical on Saturday morning and he died within a short time. After the death, when a complaint was raised, the hospital authorities forcibly threw the family out and prevented them from entering. As the news of the incident spread, the child's relatives and neighbors gathered outside the hospital and started protesting. They demand to be shown the child's body and full details of what treatment and medicines were given from night to morning. The protesters raised demands for strict legal action against doctors and hospital staff. Police reached the spot to hide the family's further allegations and hospital staff and are providing security to the accused. In this regard, BJP's state level leader Krishnandu Mukhopa Dhyay said, "Health World Hospital looked more like a bouncer than a doctor. The hospital has the influence of some leaders of the ruling party and that is why irregularities are happening one after the other." He said that the team is with the family of the deceased child and will provide all possible assistance.After the incident, excitement spread in the entire area. The family and local residents demanded an impartial investigation into the incident and strict punishment against the culprits.
