আসানসোলের ৭৬ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা শিবির ও চশমা বিতরণ

Nirbheek Bengali, Shyam Das, Asansol: A health check-up was conducted on Sunday morning in ward number 76 of Asansol city. Health check-up of common people is done through a modern medical van in the camp. Present in this program was the State Law and Labor Minister and MLA of Asansol North Assembly Mr. Mallya Ghatak. He said that common people will no longer have to go to the hospital for health checkup. This medical van will work like a mini hospital. The van is equipped with various necessary health check-up systems including X-ray. The Minister further said that apart from conducting eye tests in the school, necessary spectacles are also being distributed. As a result, the common people of the area, especially the elderly and poor people, will directly benefit, he said optimistically. Local residents also welcomed this initiative and demanded similar health camps in the future.
