But he said, "The entire state has given a verdict in favor of change in people. Respecting that verdict, I feel that when I am unable to perform my responsibilities, I should resign." Dr. Debashish Sarkar made it clear that for the time being he is not resigning from the post of councillor. He also said that he is still with the team.
