The message of yoga resonated at the Asansol Indoor Stadium, Roshni Yoga Center celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm

Asansol: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a grand Yoga Day celebration was organized by the women-run Roshni Yoga Center at Asansol Indoor Stadium. Hundreds of women, girls and girls associated with the center enthusiastically participated in the program and practiced yoga and understood the importance of yoga for a healthy life. On this occasion, BJP MLA Krishnandu Mukherjee, senior political leader Jitendra Tiwari and West Bardhaman District Magistrate S. were present as chief guests. Various Yogasana, Pranayam and meditation sessions were organized in the programme. The trainers of Roshni Yoga Center informed the participants about the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. The guests appreciated the efforts of the center to make women and girls aware of yoga and motivate them towards health. Speakers said that regular yoga not only keeps the body healthy, but also infuses positive energy in life by reducing mental stress. At the end of the program all the participants pledged to make yoga a part of their daily routine. This Yoga Day event gave a positive message of health, awareness and women empowerment in Asansol.
