To attract the attention of the administration, they were forced to call for a road blockade. The workers protested on the streets and demanded a quick and permanent solution.
Due to the blockage, traffic movement on both sides of the GT Road is disrupted. After receiving the news, the police reached the spot and requested them to lift the blockade and engaged the protesters in a confrontation with the police. After the blockade lasted for about 30 minutes, the Congress leadership withdrew the program with the encouragement of the police and traffic returned to normal.
