*Baijid Mandal:-* A humanitarian program is being undertaken in joint initiative of Manavtva and Aalor Disha Welfare Organisation, a social welfare organization based in South 24 Pargana, to stand by the helpless people during the winter season. Last 13 January, on Tuesday, a reusable clothes distribution program was organized in the tribal areas of Bankuddha district, which was completed in the form of 'Anamulya Aprudh Bazaar'. This program is basically an initiative to collect and distribute reusable and reusable clothes. On behalf of the Humanity Organization, clothes are collected from door to door in Kolkata and surrounding areas and sent to the tribal areas of Bankudah district. In this collection campaign, it is possible to collect a significant amount of clothes from Rajarhat Purtistar Awasan under the initiative of Papiya Pal, which especially helps in making this program successful. Clothes are distributed on this day at three places - Taltala village, Jenuya Yayabar Basti and Fakirdanga tribal area under Talbandura police station and Talbandura block of Bānkudā district. Tapas Kumar, President of Alor Disha Welfare Organization was in full charge of the entire program. A total of 5 bags of reusable clothing were distributed, resulting in over 300 people receiving essential winter clothing. General Secretary of Humanity Organization, Zulfikar Ali Piyadah said, the demand of people in this free clothes market was so high that in the end we could not give clothes to everyone. But many helpless people have benefited through this initiative. In the coming days, efforts will be made to support more people from tribal and remote areas.” According to the organizers, on the one hand, through collection and distribution of reusable clothes, the winter hardships of helpless people can be alleviated, on the other hand, it is also possible to encourage environment-friendly thinking. Local tribals and nomadic families are also happy with this humanitarian initiative.
