Horrible accident at railway gate in Barabani, three lives saved for a few days Shyam Das, Asansol: A serious accident took place on Tuesday at the railway gate near Barabani liquor shop. An empty train carriage was coming from Handa direction with a body. At that very moment the railway gate was named. Allegedly, three riders on a loaded bike, after crossing the gate, tried to pass quickly through the side. Just then suddenly an empty train carriage appeared in front of me. Three climbers somehow escaped with their lives. In fear they ran away from the spot. But the bike remains lying on the railway line. Then the railway engine gets on the bike. The railway engine remained standing there for more than half an hour. Later, in a joint initiative of RPF, local residents and police of Barabani police station, the bike was recovered from under the railway engine. But after the incident, no trace of the owner or riders of the bike has been found till now. The area spread around the incident. Local residents have raised the demand for more caution while crossing the railway gate.
