Shantanu Pan, Pasching Medinipur:- The incident took place on Thursday at the Joraghedia Faudi of Belda police station of West Medinipur. According to sources, a woman was crossing the state road in Kashmuli area on Thursday morning. At the same time, a cement lorry came towards her from Beldar direction. While going, she lost control and hit her hard and after getting crushed under the wheel of the lorry, the woman died on the spot. Dead woman's name is বুলু রানি পয়ড়্য age 60 years.
After the incident, the local residents became agitated and started protesting by blocking the road. After receiving the news, the police force reached the spot.
Convince the local people, calm them down and recover the dead body. The incident has spread widespread awareness in the area and a shadow of grief has fallen on the family.
